does the Arizona implied warranty law go to a Private Sale also?

    No. People throw out "implied warranty" like it trumps all other.

    Any private party sale is "as is" unless noted to the contrary in writing. Always have a licensed mechanic check out any used vehicle purchase.

    No! It applies only to sales by a licensed automobile dealer. For private sales, buyer beware is the rule of law.

    The dealer provides a warranty for 15 days or 500 miles whichever is less.
