I have had outdoor kittens B4 but know I have an indoor kitten and she doesn't seem to use the litter box very often maybe 2 or 3 times a day. My question is, Is the kitten not using the litter box and I have hidden land mines somewhere or do they not go to the restroom very often?

If a cat is going outside the litter box, believe me, there's nothing "hidden" about it!
Sounds like everything's fine. Just keep the box clean and she should continue using it quite happily.
As long as she's using it 2-3 times a day she's not going anywhere else. They usually don't go much more than that cuz they don't eat that much when they're kittens. I've always had indoor cats so the one thing I did learn was don't make it too far away from thenm at first--sometimes they forget where it's located--good luck!
no, as long as you've seen her using the litter box before, then she knows where it is and you most likely won't find any land mines around the house. going to the bathroom 2-3 times per day is pretty normal.
Most cats don't use the litterbox too often, some do but normally they don't. As long as she is going and acting normal, not getting a distended stomach, she's fine. I wouldn't worry.
