Depends on your age, what steps you are ready to take in your life, and how serious this girl is.
I wouldn't want to get into a relationship I cant see a future for. Liking someone isn't enough to jump into a relationship, you have to make sure its a possibility. Dont mistreat girls, theres nothing worse than a player. Be honest, if you think its possible, date her, if you already been dating, then you should know if its a possibility. In then end its just being honest with your feelings with her.

Worst mistake a guy can make is to say "I love you too" when he doesn't. Then any breakup resulting from that will just be that much harder.

If she is telling you she loves you, she is hoping that you will acknowledge your feelings for her by saying the same. If you do not feel the same way, then you need to tell her so immediately as in "OH.".
