Since I downloaded IE 7 - why???

Question

I pull up webpages and somewhere on the page is a box or a section showing :

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage 
   
   Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet. 
The website is encountering problems. 
There might be a typing error in the address. 
 
   What you can try: 
     Diagnose Connection Problems  
 
     More information 
 
How do I get this corrected??

Welll, we have IE7 and the same thing happens on certain pages.  It's blocking out ads or popups that we have blocked in our internet settings.  If you really want to see what is blocked, you could change your internet settings -- click on Tools, Internet Options, then look through the Security/Privacy/Content tabs to decide if you want to change a setting.
