Curl in alternating directions (one forward, one backward) along the back and sides and pull the top section straight up, curl it forward, let it cool and run your fingers through it from front to back - use a little finishing spray as you are separating the curls with your fingers.

If you have straight thin hair, try getting a blunt cut, which means all of it is the same length. This will make it seem to have more weight and body. Then make sure it's really clean, spritz damp hair with a scrunching spray, bend at the waist and blow it dry upside down, while scrunching it in your hand. When you straighten up, it will look fuller and tousled. Do not brush! Just spritz it with a little hairspray.
If you have wavy thin hair, try getting it cut into longish layers, make sure it's really clean, and wind your damp layers onto clean cotton rags. Wait till it's completely dry, take out the rags, and gently run your fingers through the curls. Again, do not brush! Just spritz with a little hairspray. Brushing will remove all the body you just worked so hard to achieve, and too much styling product will weigh it down.
I am not blond but I have also heard that highlights will give your blond hair more body.

Let you hair grow out and crul it. A really cute style is to crul your hair with candy cruls and then put into a high ponytail. Make sure you spray it with hair spray so that it stays up.

try spraying on a volumizing spray before you blow dry...my hair is thin and it is so much easier to style since I started using it.
