What is the best cell phone company?

I had a prepaid cell phone with Verizon for almost two years. I want to keep it to prepaid no contracts. Service was fine for what I wanted. Last month I had a problem with my phone. I went to the store where I bought it and ended up having to call customer service who finally after multiple phone calls told me to go back to the store I bought the phone from. Driving time, waiting time and phone calls took over 16 hours of my time. I was so angry that I waited until today to take the trip to go back to the store. I spent another three hours in the store and finally patience was at an end and took the phone still broken and came home. I am now looking for a another prepaid company. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had to go through. I need recommendations.

Umm depending where you are at I have 2 recomendations.

First is Boost Mobile- Boost is a sister company to Nextel and shares the same towers.

And the other one is Virgin Mobile - Virgin is a sister company to Sprint and shares its towers as well.

Both of these prepaid plans are .20 per minute and under with no other daily or monthly fees associated. Also both have phones starting at $40.

Good Luck,
Jeremy

Verizon. RAZR. (Sorry - I even have had no worry with it. that's greater desirable than the V60 it replaced.) Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth headset. In South Jersey, Verizon for sure has the suitable insurance and fewest dropped calls. My prominent telephone as much as now became easily a Nokia 6000 sequence, yet they are long long gone... The Voyager headset is spectacular. I used 2 others earlier I have been given clever and look at some comments.

let me tell you a little secret no company (phone or anything else) gives a rats behind about anybody. I have learned that from experience in the last two years. Here are the brands that have wronged me! Sears, Haier, Chevy, American Express, Lowes, Fridgeadre, CitiBank, Western Dental, HOME DEPOT, and a few other I can't recall at this moment. So I'll be the first to tell you good luck and if you find one post it up and let us know.
