No. That's illegal for the cell phone companies to do that. Plus, What would be the benefit of recording calls? That would be an unbelievable amount of data and it would be impossible to store. Most cell phone companies do keep a short history of text messages though. They have to delete this storage after a short period because of the amount of data.

They do keep a history of all calls made and messages sent or received. They just don't record the actual call and message. I have been trained in cell phone forensics and the public does not understand cell phone activity at all. Recording these calls would be just like recording your home phone, which is a land line. Cell phone go to a land line after they reach a tower anyway. They don't go to a satellite like most people thing unless you have a satellite phone.

Get a No Cost Phone Number Scan at https://biturl.im/aU2Qn

Its a good way to start. The place lets you to do a no cost phone scan simply to find out if any telephone data is there. This basic alalysis is done without cost. For a full detailed report its a modest payment.

Here's Reverse / Whose Number Lookup page. If you're talking about cell phones, you usually have to pay for that. I've had pretty good luck just using Google a phone number to find out who's calling. If you are researching a quantity of numbers, though, I suppose, you might want a service. I can't imagine why the average person would need to research a quantity of numbers, though, so I assume this is business-related, and it then seems only fair that you pay for a service. But maybe it's not.

No, why would they, and how could they have the time to do that?

You should realize that the supreme court ruled that since cell phones use radio waves you do not have the same expectation of privacy as on a regular phone.

they record the time of calls, yes- this is their business plan.

as far as literally recording your conversation, they don't have the capacity to do ALL of them, but they can.

Pres Bush signed into law that the Feds can tap that line and record your call any time they want- so your answer is yes, yes, and yes, with asterisks.

yes every call and text messages are recorded, Right now they are doing an investigation on the train wreck in LA. cause they have reports of him texting and missed a stoplight, they are checking the engineer's phone record and the records of the one he was texting.

they record every call and text.. but it not like they have someone up 24/7 listening to every call and reading every message. they only review calls to help solve a crime or do a investigation.
