How can we find a yahoo member whom is spamming the internet using the free yahoo email service?

A yahoo member is spamming the internet in his or her quest to steal other members confidence and money.

Yahoo does not, or has not done anything about this, even though they know whom is using their free services for spamming.
In example, if you send out 10,000 emails a day out of your free yahoo email account, then you are obviously a spammer, and a scammer, and also a con artist.

He is obviously leaving a trail of physical evidence, whether on yahoos computers or someone elses computers elsewhere.
In example, the email does contain the IP address of the spammer.

How can we physically locate him or her?

Please do not respond to this question, if you do not have an IQ of at least 150, or in other words, if you have a stupid response, then please just keep it to yourself.

If you've received an email claiming to be from Yahoo! that asks for your password or other private information, you've likely received a "phishing" email. These emails typically contain links that appear to go to a Yahoo! site but actually link to a fake, or "spoofed" Yahoo site.

If you are uncertain about any "official" email you've received, do not click on any links in the email. The safest way to visit a website is to type the site's address directly in the address bar of your web browser.

No Yahoo! employee will ever ask you for your password or personal information in an unsolicited phone call or email message. Learn how to report a phishing email to Yahoo! here. To learn more about phishing, please visit the Yahoo! Security Center.
