During the late 70's/80's, as head of the cia and then US veep, papabush arranged for osama to recieve millions of US taxpayer $$'s.  papabush also sent him millions of $$'s worth of weapons such as missles and helped establish al queda's terrorist training bases, and supplied him with tech support and American advisors as well.
Now babybush had supplied the new gov'ts of Afganistan and Iraq with more weapons and I wouldn't be the lest bit surprized if they end up being used to kill Americans.

to say this, but Osama refused any help from the US.  He had enough of his own money to buy guns from elsewhere.  He's consistent in that regard.
