You're not in any physical danger, but if you can't calm yourself down I would suggest calling a friend or loved one to come over and babysit you until you come down.

No. Dont worry. You'll be ok. If you just took it, just try to find a "babysitter" [a friend or family member you can trust]. Acid will not kill you. You will be ok physically, but you are about to go into a whole other world. It'll be fun though. :]
But just try to get a babysitter and don't freak out.

I know what acid's like and although I've only done one hit, I've been around plenty of people on way more. :]

the best chemical treatment for a "bad trip" is an anxiolytic agent such as diazepam (Valium) or another benzodiazepine. Some have suggested that administration of niacin (nicotinic acid, vitamin B3) could be useful to end the LSD user's experience of a "bad trip"
