If anything, put them up as show items, but drinking them will NOT give you the effect you would want.
For one thing, it's definitely corked.

I would definitely give it the ol smell taste and even if you barely take a sip it wont harm you to give it a good lil sip teste

I wouldn't risk it. What you might want to do is rinsing / cleaning them and seeing
if a local collector wants to buy them as decoration.

Half empty but still sealed simply means that the seal broke somehow. So what is contained in the bottles is probably nothing more than vinegar. Open one up-but preferably in a well ventilated area.

Unless they are contaminated with something they should be “safe” to drink but I'd expect them to look, smell and taste absolutely terrible!
I wouldn't even think of trying them.
