2 AnswersElections6 months ago6th/ Madison Ave Diner?
A couple of years ago my daughter and I were in New York and had lunch at a diner on 6th Ave on the Upper East Side somewhere around E 70th (we had just been to the Frick). We are going back in February and she wants to repeat the experience. We can't find it on google street view. Does anyone have any ideas about where this (perhaps mythical) diner is, and what it is called?

3 AnswersNew South Wales (Sydney)10 years agoFraser Island Queensland Track Conditions?
I have a Subaru Forester. A soft roader. I will be spending a week or so around Hervey Bay. I have no off road experience (I have the car because of skiing). Fraser Island is not far away. What are the tracks on the island like? Do they need any special skill to drive or can any turkey drive them safely? Will a Forester have sufficient ground clearance? I will err on the side of caution.
1 AnswerOther - Australia1 decade agoWeekend Itinerary in Perth?
I will be spending a couple of free days in WA after a business meeting in Perth. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to spend a couple of days? I don't particularly want to stay in Perth or Fremantle, and have already had a look at the south west. I was thinking of going inland to Wave Rock area. Is there anything to see on the way, or is it just wheat fields? What about heading north along the coast?
I am thinking a maximum of about 4 hours driving.

3 AnswersSan Francisco1 decade agoDiscrepancy Between Speedometer & Satnav - Which is Most Accurate?
At 100 km/hr my Satnav shows a sped about 6 km slower than my speedometer. I suspect the Satnav is more accurate as it is an external measure of time and location, but I also can see an argument that its rate of sampling and curving roads may affct accuracy. Does anyone know?
