Not if Trump triumphs the "fraud" will have been PURGED from the 2020 US Presidential election.
*If* by some chance of fate Trump reaches a total of 270 Electoral Colleges votes by challenging the vote counts in 4 states: Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia and through legal maneuvering receives the actual EC vote in December and is proclaimed President by Congress in January there will be no fraud remaining and it will become a *PERFECT* US election.
