Just drag them into the folder C:\windows\fonts
Or
right-click the Start button and select EXPLORE. On the left side, scroll down to the C: drive. Hit the + sign next to it. Scroll down to Windows. Hit the + sign next to it. Scroll down to Fonts.
Drag the downloaded fonts to the Fonts folder.

What you do is:
1. Select the font(s) and hit "CTRL-C" - (It copies them.)
(Or you can just right click them and click "Copy".)
2. Go to "My Computer"
3. Click "Local Disk (C:)"
4. Click "Windows"
5. Click "Fonts"
6. Hit "CTRL-V" - (It pastes them.)
(Or you can just right click and click "Paste".)
There you go!
