ok i'm not really sure what the exchange rate is, but assuming its about 43 to 1 usd, i have an amazing solution for you. there is a sale now for a dell dimension desktop. this would be configured to 1100$-47,000rs and would include a
-2.13 ghz core 2 duo processor(e6400-better than your original suggestion)
-vista(your choice)
-2gb of ram(much better for gaming)
-256MB ATI Radeon X1300 Pro(very good)
-250 gb hard drive
-17 inch lcd screen(dell screens are good)
i will give you the website and you can configure it to your needs, and that sounds like a very good computer to me.

May I suggest more ram. It will keep the game from freezing. I know duo core is powerful but you dont know since vista's interface is kinda big in terms of memory. :)
