A simple, pastel summer dress that does not show too much skin is appropriate for church. You can wear it with white shoes and bag but I would not wear a white dress.

You may be able to get a cute dress with a matching jacket that can be worn with or without. Buy something you can get some mileage out of.

At my church the teenage guys normally wear a dress shirt tucked into a pair of black dress pants on special services (e.g. Christmas, Easter etc.) The dress code tends to be nicer for holidays.

At our church we have to wear white. It depends on your church and your religion, some non-denominational churches just perfer you wear something appropriate and light, Like NO BLACK OR DARK COLORS. But my Southern Baptist church perfers us to wear white, but we don't get kicked out for wearing pastel. I think you should look at your skin complextion and decided from there.

Get into the spring team and wear some light, cheerful or bright colors, without being too flashy.

As long as it's neat and formal, there is no real dress code.

okay im a fashion freak so...first you want go with something that's a bright color..yellow,pink, purple, baby blue...sometimes a 3piece looks great....the skirt should be pink with a yellow shirt and a pink top swearter..with yellow pumps....you want to bring the yellow out more since you already have enough pink...but if you want a dress wear a baby blue dress with flowers...the shoes should match the flower..always...have fun experimenting!!!!!!!
