Without the answers to these, and many more, questions I, nor any other serious investor, would be interested in lending you money! A lender needs to see that you are a competent business man, that you know what you are doing and able to give them their money back in a resonable time frame and also want to know how much extra you can offer them for the privalege of using their money. You also have to prove that you will have the means to do this!!
If you are serious about finding an investor, you should perhaps reask your question offering to give the answers to the above questions. This way you will find an investor much sooner!!
Make sure you have your plans ready and know your financial data. Then you should be able to persuade an investor to lend you money! Good luck!!

You need to share more information in order to provide an informed decision to anyone who would really want to invest in your business. Have you tried a small business loan?
