I'm looking for a dress similar to this one - any suggestions of where I can find one? Vintage, patterns or high street - I don't mind! Doesn't have to be exactly like this, but similar. I need it before June. Image is here:

I agree find a good dressmaker/seamstress show the images to her, she should be able to recreate it. Make sure its someone who makes clothes and doesn't mainly do alterations...
When I was younger I had several Marilyn Monroe dresses remade for me from images.... It was cool to wear them to events because people recognize the dress but I also learned "costume" dresses are not made for function.

you need to find you a good seamstress and see if she would make you that dress for a fare price.
