Cardio is the place to start. It doesn't matter how well you skate if you aren't in shape. Also, cardio work (running, elliptical machine, skating. etc.) will help you lose weight.

For your a workout, do crunches (just lift yourself with your ab muscles until your shoulders just leave the ground - any higher is bad for your back and abs), and waist twists using your hockey stick. Make sure that your concentration is on using your ab muscles, and not the surrounding muscles.

Upper arm strength really isn't what I would go for - go for shoulder and chest strength. They are larger muscle groups. Upper arms would be fourth on the list, after hip/upper leg strength as well. For that, seeing as you are only 14, I would talk to your school's football coach, as they are usually knowledgable about weight routines if they are worth a lick. You'd want a workout routine similar to a wide receiver.

first you go to the gym and do some arm exercises. Ten you practice your speed so if you can't lose weight you can still zip a round the ring. After that you should lift 5-10 pound wights 20 min. every day

Since you are only 14, i wouldnt suggest lifting weights since it can stunt your growth. Best you do it the hard way by sit ups and push ups and stuff. Then you can say you earned your way to the top.
