Why is he played so much?

As per usual, the Leafs put Fredrik Andersen in the net very often. Commentators

have said that Campbell is injured. C'mon what a crock. Leafs acquired Michael Hutchinson a few months back, yet he hasn't seen any action. Why do the Leafs play Andersen so much. It has been said that Hutchinson likely won't ever see any action. The way he was treated a year ago in my opinion was disgusting. If I were him, when the recent trade done a few months back sending me back to Toronto, I'd tell them "play me or trade me, I'm fed up with this".

Didn't you see him with the Jet's? He stinks! That's why Anderson plays.

Whoever created Noahide laws and signed them should be executed for blasphemy. Trump signed Noahide laws to tax Christians on icons. Shame you, Donnie! Anathema!!! Anathema!!! Anathema!!!

Orthodoxy = the only true faith; Roman Catholics tried one cup - one spoon ritual and got sick with Bubonic plague; if heresy enters Orthodox monastery then monks/nuns will get sick with flu/tuberculosis (for instance); Orthodox churches who closed for COVID or had disposable cups/spoons or dipped spoon into alcohol are no longer brides of Christ (now they serve Satan and honor Satan's new COVID religion). Priests who were working for KGB (that is spying on people and betraying their confession) = Sergian heresy. Now, CIA and FSB (new name for KGB) don't need to have priests constantly reporting because of new technology (bugs) that allows them to listen in (and if cameras are present... to look into what people are doing)...Your phones spy on you; don't bring them to church; forgive me.

    Are you kidding me here?

Keefe is rolling with Andersen, because a) he's the #1 goalie b) Freddie does well when he's given a heavy workload c) Hutchinson is an AHL calibre goalie

How was he treated badly? He was given ample oppurtunity as the backup, and he couldn't even muster up a win, and his games were met with 4-6 goals against, that's echl level bad man. The NHL is not a babysitting service, its a business, and if you **** up then you are done! Hutchinson could have salavaged his NHL career last year, but he instead chose to stink up the joint,  I mean the fact no team took a flyer out on hm should tell you all you need to know.

  • Hutchinson isn't that good, but he's the 'best' backup option currently available (Campbell is legit injured, Woll isn't NHL ready).  If Campbell were available he'd be the backup.  Hutchinson probably gets a game this week during the back-to-back with the Sens, and again in another week plus when they have a back-to-back.  Hopefully by then Campbell is healthy.  You wouldn't know it, but Anderson has a better SPCT than Carey Price, who I was told on Saturday is apparently the greatest goalie in the history of hockey.

He's a far superior goalie than anyone of the Leaf's backups. There are not many so called gimmes in the North division, so he'll likely play 90-95% of the games again.

Pretty simple. He's played so much because he's a much better goaltender than the alternatives, and the Leafs schedule has only had one set of back-to-back games so far where playing the backup is often necessary. It's a short season so they don't have to worry much about overworking him, and Hutchinson is deservedly 3rd in their depth chart and probably won't be played unless they have to. He'll probably be in for one of the two Wednesday/Thursday games vs the Sens.

Look at his contract and various clauses.

ps: What level of hockey did you play?
