My boyfriend texted me saying his grandmother was ill and I haven't heard from him in the last 2 days. I hate to think that it was a lie but my mind is going crazy wondering why he hasn't called me.
I tried calling, texting and even left a message saying that I'm here for him but haven't heard back.

mayb hes not avoiding you. maybe itz true that his grandma is ill. wen one of ur family member gets ill or somthing like that of course you will be sad even people that hate their own family will still be sad and doesnt feel like talkin to anyone. just give him a few more days and try to kall him and talk to him to see if hes ok.
but if hes lieing bout it then just move on forget it. break up with him. cuz that kind of guy shouldnt be worth the trust.

Sounds to me like he's wanting a little space. Give it to him. If he wanted to break up I'm sure he would have done so.

Maybe she did die. check the paper and online to see if he's telling the truth. or just ask him to please call you(text him or leave him avcml). just say you are worried and wanted to hear his voice to know that everything is ok, please call me. when you do talk to him ask him for the funeral information because you/your mom wants to send flowers to the funeral home. that way you can for sure know if he's telling the truth. good luck!
