Has anybody had dealings with Owen Smith on the internet he is a fraud he had several business such as american independent and smiths distributors. I would like any information avaialble. Also he has been alleged to be chatting with minors and well.....

As much as I'd like to help, you may want to delete your question. You could end up with an account suspension. See the YA community guidelines where #17 under the Don'ts state:
Invade the privacy of a third party by posting their personally identifiable information.
If the person is a legitimate fraud, contact your local authorities and the FBI.
