Long time ago I modded my xbox and now that I got a 360 I want to use the 200GB drive I put in it. Does any one knows how to unlock a drive that have been locked? As well I do not remember what password I used at the time...

i dont think ur gonna be able to unlock it if there's a password...and i never heard of a hd with a password unless it was from windows to start the os with a user acct.. but try to hook it up to your pc and format it from there...maybe the passwords is only effective on the xbox. might as well just try to hook it up on the 360 and c if it works already.
