Lets face facts, the only reason you want to buy at those places is becauce you think you can get a deal for much less, and yes you can, but 100% says your wasting your hard earned bucks.
Without having to go into detail I been in the business 30 years and my advice is STAY AWAY.
Here is a link to my website http://www.usedcartips.org/AUCTIONS.html it will tell you a little about auctions, then you decide if its for you

If any site, such as those you mentioned, requires you to pay for that info (seizecars asks for $49) that should be free to the public, you know that they will say anything to get you to buy a subscription. Thats how they make their money. Don't be surprised if when you sign up and pay the $$$ that they list cars that can probably be found in your local newspaper or something. I would call your local police department (not 911, though!) and find out what they know about these so-called seized cars and what they actually do with them.
From what I have heard, they auction off cars such as these, but people with deep pockets usually outbid the common folk -like you and me- and re-sell these at places like JD Byrider and other no-credit-check car dealers. They will buy a car worth $2,000, by placing a bid for maybe $2,500 (thats where ordinary people decide not to beat the bid because the car isn't worth that much anyway), then sell it to people with bad or no credit, and have them finance it with sky high interest rates and end up selling the car for up to $9,000.

My advice is: don't.
They're cheap for a reason...they've been abused, trashed, involved in crimes, etc and have no warranty. If you're looking for a good dependable car there are better more reputable places

If you are looking for junk you will find it at those sites.
