wow that is one of my favourite films of all time.it's one of those films you can watch again and again and see something new.it's all about one mans struggle to want to be free and to want more from an almost communist society.Everything is the same for everyone and no one can disrupt the system of the life they have.Thats why he dreams of flying(to want to be free).In a world where no one makes mistakes and has to follow suit there can be no place for error hence at the start of the film when there is a typing error on the type writer is all goes wrong from there.A very sad film as at the end they turn him into a vegetable for disrupting the system thou it is his escape in one way as now he dreams of being free all the time but not knowing the harsh reality of what has happened to him.A very clever film as it also gives you hope too as they place Robert De Niro in it as a could be hero only to take him away as easy as he came by losing him in a whirlpool of newspaper.Watch it again!

The movie about Rocky Dennis is simply called "Mask" without the "The." Look into your local libraries. County libraries often have a good video and DVD selection. That's where I found a copy.
