How large is your class? Adult-teacher ratio?

If you are in it for the right reasons ,the reward is much more than dollars, I did day care and the most important part was circle time, where the kids get a chance to express there feels , share news , and talk about things that happened
at the dinner table, on the ride to and from school , additions to there family such as a pet, new baby , or toy. make everything important to kids, they will feel comfortable.

Those answers depend on what state you are certified in and also whether or not the pre-school in part of the public school system or a privately owned and operated pre-school.

I make $600 an hour. Honestly...I do.
But that's just because of the exchange rate. I teach in Taiwan. It's not as much when you convert it to US Dollars ;-)
I'll answer in more detail later. I need to go get dinner. But wanted to throw that out there. One of the few reasons I can say my salary looks big.
