My gf prefers to spend time with her friends over me!?

I have a problem! We are in a long distance relationship and my gf is in med school so i barely get to talk to her and I am try to give her as much time to do her own stuff ! but all her weekends she spends watching movies with her friends or going out! and not once does she say hey I just want to talk to you this weekend and spend some time with me on webcam! She even prefers watching tv by herself to talking to me!! Am I being neglected??

that sucks. tell her how you feel. if she does this now imagine how it will be when you're married and she leaves you watching the kids while she watches ER and goes to the mall shopping at Banana Republic with her friends. Well I hope she's hot for your sake.

I would say yes you are, but if you put yourself in her shoes, if you spent all day in class, and med school is quite demanding, then the last thing you want to be doing is sitting at home, on the computer talking with someone miles away....
She needs to get out, cut loose once in a while, and when she stays in to watch TV, I would say she is just looking for some quiet time, no stress or hassles. So cut her some slack!!!!

Yes, you are! This is the point of long distance relationships of where the relationship becomes terminal. One of the two doesn't care the same amount for the other, starts to neglect and the relationship falls apart. Now, you have to confront her about this situation if you want to keep the relationship going! Good luck, because you might need it.

College is suppose to be fun as well as educational so she is only being a typical college student.

I suggest you compromise with her. Agree on a specific time, day, whatever where its just you and her time, that way there wont be any back and forth stuff going on and youll get your time in to talk to her. Maybe every other weekend she can spend time with you? How far do you live? Maybe you should make a visit.

Here's something helpful. Try not to worry, just let her do her own thing, if she calls don't answer. If you worry about her every second of your life, she is going to think you are needy and obsessive. Alot of girls like guys who can go with the flow. Just let her come to you. ASK her, DON'T BEG her. Like if she calls, don't pick up. Try not to be on waiting for her. Let her know you have a life too.
