I used a natural metabolism booster that contained, among other things, cayenne pepper, ginger, and cinnamon. I also used foods with cleansing minerals in them. Now that I've released all the excess weight I wanted to, I'm not taking the metabolism boosters any more. I continue to use the foods and all the dietary supplements, however.
