what can i do to LOSE WEIGHT in 7 weeks BEFORE school starts?Over the summer?PLEASE help!!!?
Hey there, Ok i'm on a diet,It'been a week.I took before and after pictures just from 3 days and i made some progress! I am happy for that,I also jog every morning for 15 minutes and walk for a 30 minutes,I do crunches about 100-200 a day,& work on my thighs and things,I'm trying to eat healthy too,Do you think i'll lose weight?Cause im trying real hard,I feel like somethings missing,Oh by the way im 13 and 150 pounds and over this 7 weeks before school starts my goal is to lose 10-20 pounds.Can you guys give me tips on what to do like drink lots of water and give really great tips! i want to look healthier,And i don't wanna get obese,i feel so fat sometimes and im 5'4 in a half.I also don't want to come to school fatter,im going to keep my diet for a full year till i lose about 45 pounds till i go to turkey next year so my family won't make fun of me cuz everyone else is skinny around me,wich hurts cuz im the BIGGEST one.UGH Well thanks for helping if you do! have a great summer ;]
