what can i do to LOSE WEIGHT in 7 weeks BEFORE school starts?Over the summer?PLEASE help!!!?
Hey there, Ok i'm on a diet,It'been a week.I took before and after pictures just from 3 days and i made some progress! I am happy for that,I also jog every morning for 15 minutes and walk for a 30 minutes,I do crunches about 100-200 a day,& work on my thighs and things,I'm trying to eat healthy too,Do you think i'll lose weight?Cause im trying real hard,I feel like somethings missing,Oh by the way im 13 and 150 pounds and over this 7 weeks before school starts my goal is to lose 10-20 pounds.Can you guys give me tips on what to do like drink lots of water and give really great tips! i want to look healthier,And i don't wanna get obese,i feel so fat sometimes and im 5'4 in a half.I also don't want to come to school fatter,im going to keep my diet for a full year till i lose about 45 pounds till i go to turkey next year so my family won't make fun of me cuz everyone else is skinny around me,wich hurts cuz im the BIGGEST one.UGH Well thanks for helping if you do! have a great summer ;]

Count calories! Don't go over 1000, and keep exercising, you'll see results. Try to eat something small every three hours since waking up in the morning (to keep your metabolism up), and stop eating three hours before bed. Hope this helps :)

Wow, girl, your doing a lot! But remember, you also have to eat healthy if you want to lose any weight. Think about what you ate before, and change things. For example, at my school, they had pizza and fries for lunch everday, and thats what i ate. Now, im eating lean cuisines, which cuts out nearly 500 calories! I also cut out soda. If you dont wanna do that, then you can start drinking those sodas like coke zero. They taste better than diet, and they have basically nothing in it.
Also, keep a record of everything you eat, and all the calories you burn. its a great way to keep track and find out if you need to change anything when you weigh yourself.
If you do these things and what you planned on doing before, by next year no one will make fun of you.

The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.
The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing - not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.
Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.
The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

just make sure you drink plenty of water and keep doing what your doing. stay away from junk food like soda and chips. running is one of the best ways to lose weight. if 15 mins is getting easy try going longer and longer. also, dont do any stupid diets, just eat healthy.

Eat more fruits and veggies. Leave sweets and sodas alone. Drink more water and eat several small meals, instead of 3 large meals. Don't overdo supper. Keep going like you are, you will be ok.

girl are u out of ur mind 200 crunches first ask sum1 abt this u noe sum1 who works in the gym i mean ur crazy.
heres the thing , dont skip breakfast, dont skip any meals , tell ur mom to use olive oil instead of normal eonough abt food now for the excercises do abt 2 circuit &10 reps of all theses Bridge,normal crunches,oblique v up, back extension bend leg knee raise - search on google for these excercises
