Favorite Answer

I live outside Washington, DC, and I love it for a lot of reasons. I love that the public transit is so good that I don't need to have a car, even though I live in the suburbs. I love that so much happens here, both politically and culturally, that I am never bored. I love that there is so much to see and do, that there is so much diversity, and that it is an international city.

I love New Orleans, because she is so unique - because despite terrible poverty, the arts are valued and thrive and because the history is so colorful there.

I love New York because it is so alive! I love it because there is always something going on, and I feel more alive just breathing the air. I love that so much of this high-value land is given over to park, and I love the incredible architecture that reaches to the sky.

New York because the city is so alive and diverse. The locals have so much character. You can find damn near anything you want in NYC

Boston because the city is absolutely sports crazy. Like NY, the locals are great. The education level is higher than any other city in the US, possible exception NYC. I live outside of Boston.

Seattle because I love the Pacific Northwest.

Los Angeles, because I lived here for many years and love the many places to go; Las Vegas, because it's so alive and busy on the strip at night; Honolulu, because i love the island feel and the busy streets and tourists at night.

Gotta love Big D!!! - Dallas, TX

I might be partial to this because I live in Texas (not in the DFW area) but Dallas is a great place to be. It has the best places to eat, cool things to do, good weather usually.

Others on my list:
Austin, TX
Seattle, WA
San Francisco, CA
