After 1999 the cars differ more suspension is different. the 2.0 liter engine parts will interchange. Sentra tends to be lighter and better on fuel economy while the infinity has more luxury features.

The G20 was a badge-engineered version of the Nissan Primera,but using the same engine as the sentra

Engine, transmission and suspension parts will interchange. Be careful though. The 1991-1996 G20s are different than the 1999-2002 (P10 chassis vs. P11)
