What's the point of spending a billion dollars on " combating gang violence"?

When they will keep allowing those from 3rd world countries, which comprise over 90% of all gang members, to continue pouring across the border? They're just throwing money at a problem they know nothing of how to fix, or want to try to appease everyone, illegals included. And as long as libtards and neo-conjobs are in control of the legislative branch we will continue to see "solutions" that have no end and will never solve anything.

Agreed. That money would be better served securing the border to prevent more from coming in. The border is wide open and they seem surprised that the number of gang members has increased so dramatically. Cut off a major source of the gang problem and we may just be able to start making some progress. For supposedly educated people running the government,they sure don't have any common sense.
