Admiral, I take your question to mean you are buying something that needs renovations? Are you in the trades? Have you done this before? Are you willing/able to live in the property while your rehabing it? Do you know the building codes and requirements for permits? Do you have contractors that you can trust to get the job done on time and correctly? If not, I would hire someone....Show more
