Infection or virus could cause your WBC to be elevated. You may have a slight cold or be getting one.

An elevated RBC of 1/10 of a point is miniscule. I wouldn't start researching illnesses based on that.

Call your doctor and ask. He/She will probably tell you the RBC count is clinically insignificant.

Usually when the white cell count is up there is an infection (bacterial in nature) brewing in the body. It may be a low grade infection that your body can over come on its own. The red blood count being just 1/10 of a point I would not even worry about. If you would happen to get sick, sinus, coughing, sore throat, etc, then go back to the Dr right away. Sometimes the "normal" levels have to be made at a point and you just happen to right above that point. Your Dr probably is going to check for a trend. Hope that helps

I don't know the exact answer to your question, but wanted to add my experience. I tend to ask my doctors a lot of questions because alot tend to just tell you results- but not explain them. We don't have a medical degree- but some talk to us like we do. If I was you, I'd ask your doctor directly-"What could or would cause me to have high white and red blood cell counts?" Remember you pay for his/her services- ask as many questions as you need to. You could even call & request the doctor to call you back- since you have a month to go for your test. I use to feel like I was bothering them by asking questions but now I ask as many questions as I need to, so I understand whats going on with my body.
Best wishes.... take care
