is it possible to buy a song from an online music store (iTunes, Urge) and sync it to my zune? if not, is there any way to convert it so that it will work?
Also, is it possible to get my videos that are on Windows Media Player and iTunes onto my zune?

You may buy a song from an online music store and get my videos from Windows Media Player and iTunes onto zune, but Zune support WMV video, you may use a converter software to convert video to WMV file for Zune.
