Never, never take more meds than the doc orders!!!
Find which foods are causing the highs and eliminate them from your food plan.

Avoid sugar. Exercise and not eating will lower blood sugar. Be careful of developing low blood sugar, (sweats, shakes, & rapid heart beat.) Keep some granola bars nearby.

Go the natural route. It has been used by the Chinese, ancient Africans, Japanese...for centuries !!

Most hospitals give diabetic classes. these classed are usually taught by diabetic educators. They are low cost or free.
