ex talking to my ex?

Question

So i was dating this girl and we went out for about a year and a half. we broke up. 6 months passed by and now were barely starting to talk again. casually. well im still in love with this girl always have.

Now. I dated this recent girl. but now were broken up. were still talking n stuff and have an occassional kiss or have sex. well i just found out that his ex is starting to talk to my ex, the one that i still love. telling her how she hates me yet feels an unexplainable attraction towards me and stuff like that and even about to hang out together sometime this week. and they know they are both my ex's. but never have met.

my recent ex is very needy. shes in love with me and is crazy about me but i dont feel the same. and she is getting sort of obsessive. kinda scary.

is this bad? could this ruin things for me in the long run when i try to get back with my ex that i still love with all my heart? since were kind of starting to click again?
or could this perhaps help me? help!

Bad news bears. The thing is that you can't stop them from talking, and the more you show it bothers you the worse it looks. However you need to stop all sex/ flirting/contact with recent ex, if you want to prove to old ex that you are serious about her and that you want to be with her. She may not come back, but at least you know that you did what you could.

You shouldent have had sex w/ your most recent ex since I am most certain that will pop up w/ them 2 talking and the "1st girl" may have diff. feelings towards you maybe thinking that you really didnt miss her that much or you would have waited..but none the less I think them talking is bad because they are ex's for a reason and what they will almost exclusively talk about is bad things about you im sure..

You need to do what is best for you.  And I think you need to be honest with yourself then you can be honest with others as well.  Make sure that if you do get back with your ex that it is real, that things have changed and this is what you really want.
