f'(x) = [(cos 3x^2) (6x) (3x+1)^2 - (sin 3x^2) (2) (3x+1) (3)] / (3x+1)^4
= [6x (3x+1) cos 3x^2 - 6 sin 3x^2] / (3x+1)^3
