How should we punish Yahoo! for their complicity?

Yahoo! was a stool pigeon for the communist Chinese government.
Their ratting out of a Chinese journalist to the government led to the journalist getting arrested and thrown into jail.

Yahoo! doesn't seem to have a problem punishing some of us if we violate some of their guidelines - and I would argue that some of those guidelines are very vague.

I'm still waiting to hear from Yahoo! on exactly why an answer I responded to was deleted and reported.

I have, in the past received violation notices for stating something which I consider to be true facts. I do think that Yahoo do have the right to do as they wish as its its their company Having said that I think that we also have the right to be informed who made the complaint in the first case
