Silicon is solid below 1687K, gas above 3538K, and liquid in between, all at one atmosphere pressure. Look for a phase diagram if you need detail at other pressures. Not all elements can exist in all three states.

RE:
Is silicon number 14 on the periodic table a solid gas or liquid or combinations?
?
Silicon at STP is a solid substance and, like any other substance it can be melted to a liquid and vaporised to a gas under the required conditions of temperature (addition of Sensible Heat) and, Change of State (addition of Latent Heats of Melting and Vaporisation).

An element can be in any state (solid, liquid or gas), depending on the pressure and the temperature.
