i have a word pad document that i want to move to my flash drive.?

i need advise on how to go for one to the other!

You open the window for the flash drive and the window with the wordpad file and just drag and drop!
Or you can click the wordpad file, go to edit on the top menu and choose 'copy to folder'. Choose the flash drive from the menu and press ok.

Open a My Computer Window so that you can see the location of the Wordpad file.

Open a second My Computer Window so that you can see the jump drive

Drag the file from the first window to the second window and drop it

It will now be on the jump drive

Save your word pad document to your desk top. next insert your flash drive and wait for it to connect, right click the saved file on your desktop and click send to, your flash drive should come up, click on it and the file will be sent to your flash drive.
next click start, my computer and click on your flash drive to make sure it arrived, close and remove your flash drive and delete the file from your desk top if you no longer nead it.
