how can i get a list for chevrolet part numbers?

dealerships here in arkansas will not give them to you unless you buy the part

It depends on how old the vehicle is. If it's an older car or truck, sometimes Chevrolet parts books will show up at swap meets. Also check collision manuals from auto body shops will have part numbers, portions of these show up on Ebay from time to time.
