Was anyone surprised that Hillary Clinton lost?

Okay, I'm not really into politics. However, there are comments being made every day that I find so annoying. I couldn't resist.

There was a comment posted a website for Yahoo, "New York Sen. Hillary Clinton, reeling from defeat in Iowa at the hands of Barack Obama, urged Democratic voters on Friday not to build up "false hopes" by choosing an inexperienced presidential candidate. "

Honestly, she's right as far as having experience in the presidential seat. She's already been there in her husband's name. She didn't get the job done. So step aside and give someone else a chance.

There was a comment that women would be stepping up voting for her at the chance of having a female Pres. Right... women are not dumb enough to vote for someone simply because they're a woman. My neighbor, a female, refuses to vote for Democrats because they do nothing for our military members who give their lives for this country, whether they are female or not.

Anyway, just had to vent

Yossarius: Don't forget. It was the democrats that downsized our military and starting kicking everyone out to save the budget, thus weakening our military force. It seems like every time a Democrat steps into office, the first thing they start doing is downsizing.

I agree with some of those when it comes to celebraties. I think that they should keep their comments to themselves and let the little people use their own brains. Use that power to help feed the poor. You know, on the Oprah show they gave away a new car to all of the guests one year. Think about how many mouths that would have fed around the US and the world.

Politics is very much like playing "dodge ball". The candidate has to be quick on his feet, dodge every real question and make you believe they are really trying hard.
Obama has no experience. Claims he "knows" how to do this and that. Refuses to put his right hand over his heart when the National Anthem is being played. Refuses to say the Pledge of Allegiance because he does not believe in it. As he is asking you, me and every military member to let him be our Commander-In-Chief. I THINK NOT.
Hillary "been there done nothing" except lie, cheat and drop the ball every time she got a chance. If you check her checkered history, you will find her very involved in defending the Black Panthers and other shady events. Most of all she could not satisfy nor control her husband, Billy boy, and she expects you, me and the military she can control the US of A! I THINK NOT.
As for your comment "women are not dumb enough to vote for someone simply because ....". You're dead wrong. Many women voted for John F. Kennedy because he was handsome and carried himself well. Like wise for Ronald Reagan. His Hollywood years got him many women votes. Just go back and read the editorials for those two elections.

That does not make women dumb. Guys also vote with their heart at times. So I'd say vote for the one that you feel will represent your views best and will not sell out our nation to anyone.

hillary was certainly surprise. She thought she was a shoe in based on her own belief that she is experienced in being the President. I am still trying to figure how that is possible based on being a First Lady. I guess I must be a doctor since I have attended lots of conferences were they have been present.

The tide turned against Hillary when Ophra supported Obama. Had Ophra supported Hillary their results would have been reversed. America doesn't seem to like Hillary. Certainly not the way they fell for Bill Clinton. America loves Ophra...Ophra loves Obama....America loves Obama. Doesn't look good for Hillary.

well i think that hillary is the only person keeping hillary from losing this primay. all she has to do to win is decide to take her campaign to the democratic convention in august and there they will make hillary teh winner because the super delegates will elect her president so only hillary is in the way of hillary. so no she can win and keep bill too ! its all up to her
