Is This Ok?

So Im Changin The Way I Eat. Im Cuttin Back On All Fast Food. Im Cuttin Back On Beef And Pork. And...... Im Cuttin Back On Soda.

The Things Im Tryin 2 Stick 2 Are Homemade Foods That Only Consist Of Chicken (i cant let that go. love chicken) And Im Only Drinkin Water. Sometimes Ocassional Juice Or Kool-Aid (u kno, flavored water)

Plus I Do A Lot Of Walkin When I Go 2 Work And When Im AT Work. Is That Good? Will I Lose Weight If I Stick 2 This??

Whats The Good Thing And Whats The Bad Thing If Theres Any?

That sounds like a goos start. Make sure that you get your daily recommended allowances of fruits and veggies (look into V8 or V8 Fusion) and get good sleep.

You also might want to get a multivitamin to help fill in the nutritional holes. I think it is Centrum that makes a Weight Smart one....but I could be wrong.

You should loose weight.
Dont completely cut things out of your life that you love.
If you love pop, a can once a month couldnt hurt [as long as its diet!]
And as for the meat.. you can eat meat [not too much], but try and trim the fat. Its much better without it.
If you do a lot of exercise as running, walking etc, try something new after you get good at your previous excersise.
What I found works for me was, to do 30 Modified Sit-ups a night.

Good Luck ;)

A lb. of muscle burns 9X extra energy than a lb of fat. solid luck and shield your self.

i think you need more exercise. but kool aid has too much added sugar to it pluss the amount you add to it yourself. i think you should stick to water

i don't know if you will lose weight, but that definitely is healthy. you might become more toned or whatever, but your weight might not change... just because of muscle stuff
