How can I use may mobile to join the paypal . I am not a USA resident. I need the paypal for buying and paying fees for registration & downloading useful items to repair my PC.

Folow the instructions on the site, but avoid the mobile to many ways to get your personal info off that/

Be very careful when you join paypal, I had my identity stolen from them and someone was using my account and spent thousands of dollars from my account that wasn't in there and it took forever for them to fix the situation and prosecute the person. My suggestion is don't join PayPal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
