i'm 13 and by may i want to lose weight. i dont know how much, because i want to do it without caring about the scale numbers, just how good i look and feel. how can i make this happen, and how can i make excercise and proper diet fun/easy?

heya. i always work out to music.. nothing stimulates you more than your fav album on your iPod. and with regards to eating... dont cut out chocolate and cakes altogether cos otherwsie you will just crave them more. I let myself have a small bar of something or 2 biscuits a day in order to keep myself satisfied :)
Just remember that you are you whoever you are and no1 can change that. so make sure you are doing this for you and no1 else :)
I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
just eat healthy, limit the junk food to a bare minimum (for lunch make a wrap and bring fruit instead of sandwhich and chips) drink alot of water, and for exercise, ask a friend to walk with you. They also have new forms of exercise that use Hip Hop dance, they are fun and will keep you active.
ARE YOU MAD?! YOU'RE 13! ENJOY LIFE WHILE YOU CAN! sorry. you don't need to loose weight. love yourself and youll find you don't need to loose weight! DON'T DIET! just eat a balanced diet and so on and so forth. You're too young and youll do damage to your body if you diet. x
get a tape measure and measure your body, they never lie whereas scales are different with everyone you use. try swimming or dance classes, also go to your local weight watchers, they are really helpful, good luck
