Start off by drinking water once your done with drinking booze. This can be tricky, since you might pass out before your done drinking, but as soon as you wake up, you need to start hydrating your body.
Next, I like to stay away from pain killers and go for caffeine. This is a personal preference, but they both do wonders for a headache for me.
This is often a good point for more sleep, but if your headache is cooperating with you, exercise, or even better sex, helps to release adrenaline into your body that makes it function. Sweating helps get the booze out of your system and makes your body accept the water better.
A hot shower is required next. This opens your pours and gives your body more access to oxygen, speeding up the booze leaving your system.
Finally, I like to end this primary part of the day with a large greasy meal of some kind. Top on the list are a breakfast that includes eggs, fried potatoes and two kinds of pork product; a large plate of Mexican food with refried beans; or a medium pizza.
And if your not close to being a functional person at this point, I recommend retiring to the couch with a DVD box set of some kind.

Take 2 tylenol and drink at least 16 oz. of Gatorade before going to bed. This will prevent the headache, and rehydrate the body and add vitamins. The next morning drink a v-8 and something with caffeine.

CHASERS!!! They sell them at the drugstore beside the aspirin. Take them when you start drinking and throughout the night. Plus drink tons of water before bed. You will still know you had a few drinks the night before (i.e. a little woozy), but you will not be dead to the world the next day.
BTW - steer clear of Tylenol as your liver has had enough abuse for one day...stick with aspirin (can cause tummy to feel a little off for some) or Advil

I thought the prickly pear juice before you drink was BS. But it actually works and Tulane University did a study to confirm it.

A big glass of tomato juice, 2 big spoons of honey, and a couple of regular aspirin the morning after.
