Drinking 64 oz of water a day increases your metabolism, gives you healthier skin, slows down the aging process (skin, joints, organs, etc.) and has many other benefits. I don't know about making you look more buff, but it does increase the metabolism and gives you more energy to work out longer.

So you are saying you actually tested the water, and it is excellent? Did you test ammonia -- red eyes is one sign of that. Other things include bacterial infections caused by bad water. That many fish dying is obviously a water problem. Not your fault, it is hard to cycle and get new fish. Best thing is to cycle it through, and don't get any more fish until its done. Then get two at a time -- but goldfish need 10 gallons each so not too many. If your tank is very small, then they will keep dying unless you keep it to that limit. Have a pet store test the water if you dont have a kit.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great detoxification colon cleanse and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://be-thin.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.

It depends what you mean. Higher water content will increase the volume of your muscles, but will take away definition.
