Photoshop Question?
How the Flock do I resize a layer in Photoshop. For the life of my I can't remember. Wasn't "contol f" or something. Please help because I'm getting really ticked off over it.

As long as the layer is highlighted and it isn't the Background layer (or locked into position), hit Ctrl + T. This will let you transform the layer. Hold Shift and drag one of the corner nodes to maintain proportions, or hold Alt + Shift to maintain proportions and keep the image in its center.
If a path or a channel such as quickmask is highlighted, Ctrl+T will transform either of those instead of the layer, so make sure none of those is active (highlighted).

you can resize the whole of your canvas by:
image - > canvas size
You can also use the keyboard shortcut CRTL + T to resize a current layer. (The transform tool)
